Sheffield’s award-winning festival returns to Hillsborough Park from 24–26 July with Fatboy Slim, Courteeners and Wolf Alice leading a huge multi-stage line-up
Tramlines Festival has announced that general admission tickets for 2026 are officially sold out, leaving VIP tickets as the final opportunity for fans to secure entry to one of the UK’s most celebrated city festivals.
Returning to Hillsborough Park, Sheffield from Friday 24 – Sunday 26 July 2026, this year’s edition follows Tramlines being named Inner-City Festival of the Year 2025, and promises one of its biggest and most diverse programmes to date.
Across three days, the festival will bring together major headline performances, breakthrough artists, comedy, family entertainment and Sheffield’s unmistakable community spirit.
Friday opens in spectacular fashion with legendary dance pioneer Fatboy Slim sharing top billing with indie favourites Kaiser Chiefs. The opening day also welcomes special guests The Vaccines, alongside The Coral, Vanessa Carlton, The Clause and Milly Pye, creating a line-up that moves seamlessly from festival anthems to intimate singalong moments.
The momentum continues on Saturday with Courteeners taking over Hillsborough Park for what is expected to be one of the weekend’s defining headline sets. Joining them are chart favourites Blossoms and a standout booking from pop icon Rick Astley, alongside performances from Sleeper, Freddie Halkon, special guests The Everly Pregnant Brothers, and The Leadmill Studio Orchestra.
Saturday’s wider programme reflects Tramlines’ reputation for discovery and variety, featuring performances from Gabrielle, Inspiral Carpets, Lucy Spraggan, Creeping Jean, and comedy headline appearances led by Ross Noble.
Closing the weekend on Sunday, Wolf Alice headline a final day packed with Sheffield energy and festival favourites. Joining them are Wet Leg, hometown heroes Reverend & The Makers, The Rosadocs, special guests Lottery Winners, plus further performances from The Enemy, The Royston Club and artists across the festival’s multiple stages.
Beyond the headline names, Tramlines continues to champion the full festival experience, with dedicated comedy programming, family areas, local collectives, spoken word, emerging talent showcases and Sheffield institutions represented throughout the site.
Festival organisers say demand for 2026 has exceeded expectations, with ticket sales moving faster than previous years and general admission now completely exhausted ahead of the event.
VIP tickets are now the only remaining ticket option available. Guests choosing VIP will gain access to premium festival facilities while securing entry to one of the summer’s most in-demand weekends.
With a line-up spanning indie, pop, electronic music, comedy and local culture, Tramlines 2026 is set to once again transform Hillsborough Park into the centre of the UK festival calendar
